Dan Harlow, President of Vircon, Inc. graduated from UCLA with a degree in Computer Science. As a contract technical consultant for banking and financial institutions in San Francisco, Dan developed e-commerce applications and management tools. With established relationships and a reputation as a solutions provider, Dan patented his Software Implementation Methodology and founded Vircon, Inc. in 1993. With over 100% growth year over year since it’s inception, Dan has led Vircon’s growth as a leading Bay Area Technology Solutions and Staffing organization

As the COO, Jon is responsible for technical delivery of all vertical solutions, Operations and Recruiting/HR functions. Previously, Jon was the Chief Technology & Information Officer for several firms, and was responsible for the technical vision, strategy and product development. Jon is on the Board of Directors for several private companies, and has been in the technology field since 1990. Prior to joining Vircon, he was the President of an IT professional services firm and managed the acquisition of that company by Cohesive (Exodus Communications) in 1998. He received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Masters’ Degree in Computer Science from Corllins University. Jon is a veteran of the United States Army's 75 Ranger Regiment.

As Vircon’s VP of Sales & Marketing, Dave is responsible for leading and coaching our Account Management team and driving new business development efforts. Dave has been an integral part of Vircon’s success over the past 5 years. With nearly 15 years experience in the technology sector, Dave understands how to leverage and accelerate growth, increase market awareness and reach, deliver excellence in customer service, and provide measurable results. Prior to joining Vircon, Dave worked in the IT industry leading an award winning professional services team. Dave earned his BS from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and remains active within the community amongst many charitable organizations supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, Computers4Kids, & the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

John is responsible for the management and delivery of project oriented work at Vircon. John’s background includes nearly 20 years of experience in financial services technology development, including time spent as a senior manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Following Wells, John was a Director of Software Development at BankServ, where he was involved with payment and money transfer solutions. John brings many years of experience to Vircon in project management, systems architecture, software development, operations management, and customer service. John’s education includes a Master’s degree in Mathematics from University of Oregon.
